Changed the bottom bracket on my Stinky. One minute I was riding up a road and heard clicking, 200m later and the cranks seized up. Never knew it could go that quickly. Changing the BB on my XC bike before the marathon as that sounds suspicious and has some play.

I've entered the Grassington round of the Chainreactioncycles XC marathon (4th July 2010). My advanced age means I have to enter the "Grand Vet" class: better go for the 50km then, rather than the 75 my friend wants me to join him doing...
